Terms of Service
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between BRİFTEK REKLAM YAZILIM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Briftek", "Company", "we", "us") providing the YasamAtlas mobile application ("App", "Service") and the natural person ("User", "you") using it.
By downloading, creating an account on, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms as a binding legal contract.

3. Age and Capacity
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Accounts of users not meeting the age requirement may be terminated without notice upon detection.
4. Description of the Service
YasamAtlas is a mobile application that allows users to upload, store, and manage important personal documents such as insurance policies, contracts, warranty documents, and subscription papers, with AI-powered analysis, summarization, and Q&A capabilities.
4.1. Features Provided
- Document upload and secure storage
- AI-powered document summarization
- Question and answer based on document content
- Multi-language support (TR, EN, FR, DE, ES)
- Subscription tracking and notifications
4.2. What the Service Does NOT Provide
YasamAtlas does not provide legal, financial, insurance, or investment advice. AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional advice. For important decisions, you should consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
5. Account Creation and Security
5.1. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. Your account may be terminated if false or misleading information is provided.
5.2. Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must change your password immediately and notify info@briftek.com.tr.
5.3. One-Account Rule
Each user may create only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts, abusing free credits, or creating fake accounts is prohibited.
6. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms
6.1. Plan Types
YasamAtlas offers different membership options including a free plan, a monthly subscription plan, and an annual subscription plan. The current pricing, credit/quota limits, scope, and other details of each plan are clearly displayed within the App and on the relevant platform page (Google Play / Apple App Store). Briftek reserves the right to update plan content and pricing with prior notice; the plan terms purchased by existing subscribers will remain valid throughout their active subscription period.
6.2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Google Play Billing and Apple App Store. Briftek does not collect or store your payment information; this data is held by the respective platform providers and is subject to their terms.
6.3. Auto-Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. The platform may send a notification before renewal. The auto-renewal process is entirely controlled by Google Play or Apple App Store.
6.4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management screen of the platform you purchased from (Google Play / Apple App Store). The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you may continue to use the Service until that point.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
7.1. Right of Withdrawal (Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502)
YasamAtlas is a digital content and service application. Under the Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-(ğ):
"Contracts relating to services performed instantly in electronic environment or to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, after purchasing a paid subscription and starting to use the Service (e.g., asking an AI question or uploading a document), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
7.2. Refund Requests
Refund requests are evaluated not by Briftek but by the platform where the purchase was made (Google Play / Apple App Store). Please contact the relevant platform directly:

7.3. Refunds by Briftek
In exceptional circumstances (technical failure, billing error, duplicate payment, etc.), you may contact info@briftek.com.tr. Requests will be evaluated within 14 days.
8. User Obligations and Prohibitions
You agree to comply with the following rules when using the Service. The following are strictly prohibited:
- ✗ Uploading content that infringes copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- ✗ Uploading personal data of third parties without their permission
- ✗ Uploading unlawful, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or threatening content
- ✗ Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
- ✗ Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or copying the Service
- ✗ Overloading the Service infrastructure with automated tools (bots, scrapers)
- ✗ Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- ✗ Reselling or sublicensing the Service for commercial purposes
- ✗ Exploiting AI query credits through multiple accounts or other abuse methods
- ✗ Using the Service for unlawful purposes such as insurance fraud or document forgery
In case of violation, your account may be terminated without notice and legal action may be initiated.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Briftek's Rights
The App's design, source code, logo, brand name, content, and all components are the intellectual property of Briftek and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
9.2. User Content
The documents you upload belong to you. Briftek does not claim ownership over this content. However, to provide the Service, you grant Briftek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, back up, and run AI analysis on your documents. This license automatically terminates when you delete your account.
9.3. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by Briftek without any royalty or compensation.
10. Service Changes and Termination
10.1. Service Changes
Briftek reserves the right to modify the features, pricing, and scope of the Service with prior notice. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
10.2. Account Termination by Briftek
Briftek may terminate your account in the following situations:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected unlawful use
- Long-term inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months)
- Complete shutdown of the Service
10.3. Account Termination by User
You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting info@briftek.com.tr. When the account is deleted, all your documents and data will be erased within the retention periods specified in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Briftek does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11.2. AI Output
The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-powered analysis, summaries, and answers is not guaranteed. AI output is supplementary information only; Briftek is not liable for the consequences of decisions made based on it.
11.3. Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briftek's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim. For free plan users, this cap is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
11.4. Excluded Damages
Briftek is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (loss of revenue, data, reputation, profit, etc.).
11.5. Force Majeure
Briftek is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, internet infrastructure failures, or AWS service outages.
12. Data Backup Responsibility
While Briftek provides backup for your uploaded documents, we strongly recommend that you also keep backup copies of your critical documents on your own systems. Briftek is not liable for damages arising from data loss.
13. Third-Party Services
YasamAtlas uses the following third-party services:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure, storage, authentication
- Amazon Bedrock — AI analysis
- Google Play Billing — payment processing
- Apple App Store — iOS payment processing
These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Briftek is not responsible for the quality or interruptions of these third-party services.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Briftek harmless from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
For users with consumer status, rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved. In consumer disputes, you retain the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
16. General Provisions
16.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior written or oral statements on the matter.
16.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
16.3. No Waiver
Briftek's failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
16.4. Assignment
You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms to third parties without Briftek's written consent. Briftek may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms.
17. Changes to These Terms
Briftek reserves the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification or email. Continuing to use the Service after the changes means you accept the new terms.
